How to Join Sessions Online

Posters for LIVE poster session

The size of the poster panel is W900 × H2100 (mm).
All presenters of live poster session are requested to put up their posters before the session starts. Poster boards with identifying labels will be available in the morning on August 1. Please clearly display the paper title, author names and affiliations on the poster. The identifying label indicates only paper number. On the designated day, the presenters are requested to stand in front of their poster for Q&A. Please remove your poster by yourself. Please note that all remaining posters will be disposed after 3:30pm on August 5.
The image on the right above provides the dimensions of the poster board. Push pins will be provided on‐site to assist in displaying your poster.

E-poster:

All poster presenters are required to upload an e‐poster. The e‐poster should be prepared as a single file in JPEG or PNG format, with the file size within 10 MB. (Due to the system requirements, we can accept only JPEG or PNG formats.) Please make sure that the resolution is sufficient so that details of the e‐poster are clearly visible. During the conference period, participants can view the e‐poster anytime by clicking the link on the program and write in questions. (The e‐poster of ODF'22 poster presenters will be available from August 3.)

Video:

Poster presenters are required to upload a presentation video as well as the e‐poster for CLEO-PR2022 and ISOM'22.
For the ODF'22 poster presenters, it is not mandatory but strongly requested to upload a presentation video.

The acceptable formats include .mp4/ .mov/ .avi/ .wmv. The file size should be less than 2GB. During the conference period, participants can view the video anytime by clicking the link on the program. (The presentation video of ODF'22 poster presenters will be available from August 3.)

Poster sessions:

Poster presentations consist of on‐site presenters at the poster session venue and online presenters.
During the poster session, the on‐site presenters are required to attend relevant Q&A sessions at the poster session venue. Online presenters are required to respond to questions through zoom break-out room which is prepared for each presenter.

Uploading an e‐poster and a video:

Click [ Agree and Upload (E‐poster) ] or [ Agree and Upload (Video) ] below, enter your Presentation No. and registered Email Address, then upload a file by July 15, 9:00 a.m. (JST = GMT+9:00).

* Please be aware that we may need to withdraw your presentation if the uploading deadline cannot be met.

Your Presentation No. is indicated in the mail titled “[CLEO‐PR2022/ISOM'22/ODF'22] E‐poster and Video Uploading sites are open now (Deadline: 9:00 a.m. 15 July [JST])“ sent from ABCnoreply.confit DEFatlas.jp.

Please make sure that your e‐poster and video files are appropriately prepared according to the required specifications described in E‐poster and Video above. Regarding the resolution of uploaded video, it might be reduced due to the usage of checking of the transaction.
Please note that the above deadline is strict (i.e., with no extension). The upload sites will be closed immediately after the deadline. Upload before the deadline is mandatory to ensure your file(s) to be linked to the online conference program. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Terms and conditions

By uploading the e‐poster and video, you are agreeing the following terms and conditions.

The copyright of e‐poster, pre‐recorded video and presentation materials belongs to the author(s) but they agree to allow CLEO‐PR 2022, ISOM'22, and ODF'22 organizer to collect, store and display them exclusively for CLEO‐PR 2022, ISOM'22, and ODF'22 attendees. E‐poster, video and presentation materials will not be used for any other purposes.

CLEO‐PR 2022, ISOM'22, and ODF'22 will not be responsible or reliable if e‐poster, video or presentation materials infringe on a third party's copyrights and other intellectual rights.
