If you receive an email or call from a company claiming that they will help your registration of CLEO‐PR 2022/ISOM'22/ODF'22, it is a scam. Do not send your credit card details under any circumstances. The Organizing Committee has nothing to do with those companies.

Registration Fees

• * To qualify for Student Registration rate, you must be a full‐time student in an accredited university during the conference (31 July – 5 August, 2022). Please upload a copy of valid ID (student card or official letter) including the expiry date in jpeg/jpg/png from the registration system within two business days of registration completion.

Login ID and Password for the Online Conference Platform

The login ID and password necessary to attend the conference and make a presentation will be issued after you complete the registration including the payment. The login ID and password will be sent by e‐mail from the e‐mail address: noreply.confit@atlas.jp just before the conference opening.

Payment Method

• * Payment should be made in Japanese Yen. (JPY)
• * No registration will be confirmed in the absence of this payment (if any).
• * Neither checks nor cash are accepted.
• * Registration fee payment must be received prior to the deadline date in order to remain at the current registration rate.

[Note] Please note that if you make a card error 5 times or more, you will not be able to proceed to the payment page.
If you get a card error more than twice, please try another credit card or consider a bank transfer.

• * Please use a credit card that is valid at least until October, 2022.
• * The drawer of this online payment transaction will be “CLEO-PR/ISOM/ODF”. However, the exact name of the drawer might vary slightly depending on the card company.
• * Credit card transactions might be recorded on your credit card statement about one to two months later due to system matters.

Issuance of Receipt

You can download the receipt from My Page. (We do not accept requests to send receipts via email or postal mail.)

Cancellation Policy

After the payment of registration fee is completed, you cannot change nor cancel your registration status online.
For change or cancellation of your registration, please contact CLEO-PR2022/ISOM'22/ODF'22 Registration desk by e-mail (ABCregistration2022 ABCor|knt|co|jp) with your name and registration number (A*****).

The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Mon – Fri 9:30–17:00 [JST] except national holidays). After working hours, cancellation will be made on the next working day, which may incur charges.

Kindly note that CLEO‐PR 2022/ISOM'22/ODF'22 Registration desk will be closed on dates below due to the National Holidays in Japan.

Before July 18, 2022 (Mon.) 23:59 (JST = GMT+9:00): No Charge (*Commission fee will be deducted.)
After July 18, 2022 (Mon.) 23:59 (JST = GMT+9:00): 100% of the Registration fee/Banquet Fee (NO REFUND)

Refund

Refunds will be made deducting bank transfer fees, and/or credit card service charges, and the cancellation penalties.
If payment was made by credit card, refund will be made to the same credit card.
If the payment was made by bank transfer, please inform us of your bank account by email.
